適用于木門大批量連線生產(chǎn)，木門四邊同時(shí)鋸切，復(fù)合門最快規(guī)方鋸切可在45秒內(nèi)完成。

This machine is characterized by synchronous four side cross cutting that allows the process accomplish within 45 seconds.

主要特點(diǎn)Main Features

四個(gè)鋸組都設(shè)有主、副鋸配合工作，確保鋸切面不崩邊;

門扇加工采用居中鋸切加工方式，保證造型居中;

四邊同時(shí)鋸切，保證在40秒以內(nèi)完成i ]扇鋸切規(guī)方工序;

本機(jī)的兩個(gè)縱邊鋸組，設(shè)置在木門]的下方鋸切，隨著木i厚度的變化，副鋸高度無(wú)需調(diào)節(jié)，縱邊居中鋸切， 兩個(gè)縱邊鋸組角度可傾斜調(diào)節(jié)0~ 5° ;

通過(guò)式縱向自動(dòng)進(jìn)出料，數(shù)控系統(tǒng)可根據(jù)連線需要增加自動(dòng)掃碼功能;

工件加工時(shí)采用四角氣缸壓料。

規(guī)方鋸切同時(shí)長(zhǎng)邊銑槽，長(zhǎng)邊鋸組采用11Kw電主軸帶動(dòng)銑刀加工子母門L型裁口。

Automatic lubrication system, parametric programming consists the user friendly HMI interface.

The 11Kw spindle drives the milling cutter to process the L shaped cut of the door.
